Misleading Word Placement

I was wanting a hoodie and go a t-shirt. The ad said “USPS hoodie” and on the next line it said “or t-shirt”which I didn’t see. I sent an email with my size and color and never was asked which I wanted since there were two options. I received a t-shirt and emailed about switching it out for a hoodie and never heard back.
